(R) Advanced Polymers, Inc offers two pilot lines to support cast extruded
film and sheet applications. Although the company's primary business is the development of TOPAS (cyclic olefin copolymer), time can be devoted to non-TOPAS applications.
Film development can be costly when performed on production scale equipment. This is not only a monetary concern as most larger extrusion lines have a schedule to keep as well. This can stall film research and further delay commercialization of new ideas. The TOPAS film extrusion lab offers a way to work on cast films of polyethylene, polypropylene, styrene, polyester, and more with up to 5 layer formulations including 3 inputs. Also, our 1.0" monolayer Killion (4-5" film) can be made available within a few days notice for quick and dirty R&D. Visit the Equipment section for more details on what we have to offer.

Applications have ranged from twist wrap to sealant films, flexible packaging to rigid thermoforming, and many more. After identifying your needs, we can typically quote a project within 3 business days. Our coextrusion line can be made available within 3 weeks in most cases.
